Abstrak

This study discusses military crimes against corruption in the military environment. This study aims to determine the legal provisions and how to handle corruption that occurs in the military environment. This research uses a normative juridical approach which is juxtaposed with an empirical juridical approach with analytical descriptive research methods. The data collection technique is to find the relationship between the object of the problem and the laws and regulations by multiplying information from several literatures such as books, expert papers, scientific works and research results, encyclopedias, dictionaries, newspapers, newspapers, research results. seminars and the internet. The results of this study indicate the criminal law policies regarding corruption that exist within the military, which are associated with the legal rules that apply to the general public, namely the laws and regulations regarding the eradication of criminal acts of corruption, and law number 46 of 2009 concerning the court of corruption, the imposition of Punishments detected by acts of corruption in the military environment cannot be carried out due to several factors including substance factors, structural factors, culture and law in the military environment. The way that can be done in law enforcement on military personnel related to criminal acts of corruption is to coordinate between institutions related to the enforcement officers of criminal acts of budget abuse or corruption.
