Abstrak

This research uses the literature study method to compare the government systems in Indonesia and Malaysia. The comparison between the two countries shows significant differences in government structure. Indonesia has a presidential system with strong executive power, while Malaysia has a parliamentary system with a constitutional monarchy. Both countries play an important role in ASEAN, albeit with different governance approaches.
