PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, EMOSIONAL DAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI MUHAMMADIYAH KOTA PALOPO

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Lecturers in Muhammadiyah University of Palopo.The population in this study were all permanent lecturers of the foundation at Muhammadiyah College in Palopo City with a total sample of 75 people. The data collection methods used were questionnaire and interview. While the data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis used to measure intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the performance of lecturers at Muhammadiyah College in Palopo City. Based on the F test independent variables (Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence together have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Through testing the correlation coefficient (R), it is found that the level of correlation or relationship between Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence on Lecturer Performance in Muhammadiyah University of Palopo City has a high relationship that is equal to 94.4 percent, while the rest of 5.6% is influenced by other factors, where the variable of spiritual intelligence is the most dominant variable affecting the Performance of Lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo City.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual, Emosional dan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap yayasan pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo. Berdasarkan uji F variable bebas (Kecerdasan Intelektual, Emosional dan Spiritual secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual, Emosional dan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo mempunyai hubungan yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 94.4 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dimana variabel kecerdasan spiritual merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Palopo.
