This research is descriptive analysis, which is research that aims to create a description (descriptive) of a social phenomenon and then look for the relationship. The factors that led to the occurrence of criminal acts of fraud committed by housewives in Wajo District, Makassar City were: Of 10 respondents, there were 4 who said that economic factors were the top factor causing fraud committed by housewives in the District. Wajo, that is equal to 40%. Of the 10 respondents, there were 2 who said that environmental factors were a factor in the occurrence of criminal acts of fraud committed by housewives in Wajo District, namely 20%. The application of the law against the perpetrators of criminal acts of fraud committed by housewives in Wajo District, Makassar City, that the perpetrators are because of their actions against the law by deceiving their victims. subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 378 of the Criminal Code. The perpetrator is also suspected of having committed a criminal act as referred to in Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, which reads, "Criminalized as perpetrators of criminal acts are those who commit, who order to do, and who participate in committing the act.".
