“I'm Gen Z—Can Islamic Values Drive My Business Intention?” The Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Attitude in Informal Institutional Economics Perspective

This study aims to develop a model of Generation Z's entrepreneurial intentions using an informal institutional economic approach. The research used a quantitative approach to collect data from Generation Z using questionnaires analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. This study found a significant relationship between Islamic values and entrepreneurial intentions.Entrepreneurial Intention and Entrepreneurial Attitude. In addition, this study found that Entrepreneurial Attitude mediates the relationship between Islamic values and Entrepreneurial Intention. This study offers new attributes by integrating Islamic values into the Entrepreneurial Intention formation model through the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Attitude among Generation Z.
