Abstract

The development of broadcast radio currently uses the concept of streaming to listeners, before carrying out radio broadcasts it is necessary to cultivate perceptions so that they can produce satisfaction for listeners. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between changes in the streaming broadcast system and the effect of changes in listeners on the program Touch of the Heart (SEHATI) of the academic radio IAIN Parepare, to determine the relationship between changes in the streaming system and the influence of listeners on the program Touch of the Heart (SEHATI) and to determine the relationship between changes in the streaming broadcast system. on the motives and satisfaction of listeners in the program Touch of the Heart (SEHATI). This research is a quantitative approach or statistical data analysis using a correlation design. In this study, the method of collecting data was in the form of documentation and questionnaires. this study applies the theory of Uses and Gratifications. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between changes in the radio streaming system and the effect of changes in listeners, there is a significant relationship between changes in the radio streaming system and the influence of listeners, and there is a significant relationship between changes in the radio streaming system and listeners' motives and satisfaction
