PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN KOMPENSASI NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PERUSAHAAN AIR MINUM TIRTA MANGKALUKU KOTA PALOPO

ABSTRACT
Providing adequate compensation will be able to maintain or improve performance. Then the imbalance or compensation can be a motivation that is able to move humans to realize and appropriate compensation will lead to behavior to achieve good work results and ultimately can improve the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City.
This study aims to see the effect of compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The responses in this study were as many as 141 people. The analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with the method of multiple linear regression equations where data processing is carried out using the SPSS version 21 program.
The results showed that the financial compensation and non-financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Tirta Mangkaluku Water Supply Company in Palopo City, both partially and simultaneously.

                                                               ABSTRAK
Pemberian kompensasi yang memadai akan dapat mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan kinerja. Maka imbalan atau kompensasi dapat menjadi motivasi yang mampu menggerakkan manusia dalam berkarya dan kompensasi yang layak akan mengarahkannya kepada perilaku untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang baik serta akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo.Responden  dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 141 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode persamaan regresi linear berganda dimanapengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Finansial dan Kompensasi non Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan Perusahaan Air Minum Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
