PERAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PTP NUSANTARA XIV PERSERO KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

ABSTRACT
The main problem of this research is how the leadership style on the work motivation of the employees of PTP Nusantara XIV Persero, East Luwu Regency in an Islamic perspective. This study aims to determine how much the leadership style on the work motivation of PTP Nusantara XIV Persero, East Luwu Regency, in an Islamic perspective. The method used is descriptive qualitative and the source of the data used in this research is primary data through field studies (Field research
) and secondary data through literature study (liberary research), with data collection techniques through interviews and observations, while the analysis techniques used are deductive, inductive and comparative techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the role of leadership style has a positive effect on the work motivation of PTP Nusantara XIV Persero, East Luwu Regency, but the leadership style based on the Islamic perspective at PTP Nusantara XIV Persero, East Luwu Regency is not applied because it sees some of its employees are non-Muslim and some are Muslim, but the leadership at PTP Nusantara XIV Persero said that the role of leadership style in the Islamic perspective itself can be used in accordance with their respective teachings or in accordance with religious norms that can be obeyed by the applicable provisions in companies, with leadership behaviors that apply a clear leadership style that comes from a trade union or a collective labor agreement, this style is almost the same as the bureaucratic leadership style, which is a leadership style characterized by a continuous attachment to organ rules. ization, as well as determining satisfactory penalties or rewards, making work easier, and providing motivation for wages to wear positions, wearing salaries, giving rewards, health insurance, holiday allowances and supportive leadership so that the results of employee work will be achieved well.

ABSTRAK
Permasalahan Pokok Penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PTP Nusantara XIV Persero kabupaten Luwu Timur dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PTP Nusantara XIV Persero kabupaten Luwu Timur dalam perspektif Islam. Metode yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan sumber data yang di pergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui studi lapangan ( Field research
) dan data sekunder melalui studi pustaka ( liberary research ), dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi, adapun teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah teknik deduktif, teknik induktif dan komparatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa peran gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PTP Nusantara XIV Persero kabupaten Luwu Timur, namun gaya kepemimpinan yang berdasarkan perspektif Islam di PTP Nusantara XIV Persero kabupaten Luwu Timur tidak di terapkan karena melihat sebagian karyawannya beragama non muslim dan sebagian beragama Islam, tetapi pimpinan di PTP Nusantara XIV Persero mengatakan bahwa peran gaya kepemimpinan di dalam perspektif Islam itu sendiri dapat di pergunakan sesuai dengan ajaran masing-masing atau sesuai dengan norma-norma agama yang dapat di patuhi dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku di dalam perusahaan, dengan perilaku kepemimpinan yang menerapkan kejelasan gaya kepemimpinan yang bersumber dari serikat pekerja atau perjanjian kerja bersama gaya tersebut hampir sama dengan gaya kepemimpinan birokratis yaitu suatu gaya kepemimpinan yang di tandai dengan keterikatan yang terus-menerus kepada aturan-aturan organisasi, serta penetapan hukuman atau ganjaran yang memuaskan, mempermudah pekerjaan, dan pemberian motivasi berupah kenaiakan jabatan, kenaiakan gaji, pemberian reward, jaminan kesehatan, tunjangan hari raya serta kepemimpinan yang supportive maka hasil kerja karyawan akan dicapai dengan baik.
