PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN KOMPENSASI NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PAM TIRTA MANGKALUKU KOTA PALOPO

Abstract: Providing adequate compensation will be able to maintain employee job satisfaction. Then the reward or compensation can be a motivation that can move people in their work and proper compensation will increase the work satisfaction of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees in Palopo city. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to the job satisfaction of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees in Palopo city. The number of respondents in this study were 141 people. The analysis of this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with the method of multiple linear regression equations using SPSS version 21. The results show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction of Tirta Mangkaluku Drinking Water Company in Palopo City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstrak: Pemberian kompensasi yang memadai akan dapat mempertahankan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Maka imbalan atau kompensasi dapat menjadi motivasi yang mampu menggerakkan manusia dalam berkarya dan kompensasi yang layak akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo. Jumlah Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 141 orang. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode persamaan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Finansial dan Kompensasi non Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan Perusahaan Air Minum Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
