PENGARUH KEADILAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PAM TIRTA MANGKALUKU KOTA PALOPO

ABSTRACT
With the fairness of compensation in accordance with the work performance of employees, it is expected to increase employee job satisfaction for the success and progress of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation Procedural Justice and Compensation Distribution Fairness on Job satisfaction of employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The population in this study were 200 employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City and all of them were sampled (saturated sample / census). The analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with the method of multiple linear regression equations where data processing is carried out using the SPSS version 21 program.

ABSTRAK
Dengan adanya keadilan kompensasi yang sesuai dengan prestasi kerja karyawan maka diharapkan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan untuk keberhasilan dan kemajuan perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Prosedural Kompensasi dan Keadilan Distribusi Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku kota Palopo sebanyak 200 orang dan kesemuanya dijadikan sampel (sampel jenuh/sensus). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode persamaan regresi linear berganda dimanapengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.
