Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of religiosity, organizational support, and family support on the work-life balance of Muslim women in the banking sector in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Using an explanatory research design, data were collected from 322 respondents selected through purposive random sampling based on criteria such as Islamic faith, marital status, and minimum work tenure. The results reveal that religiosity significantly affects work-life balance (β = 0.46, C.R = 13.328), emphasizing its role in providing moral and spiritual foundations for better management of work and family roles. Organizational support (β = 0.22, C.R = 12.041) contributes through flexible policies and workplace facilities that alleviate job pressures. Family support (β = 0.33, C.R = 8.938) emerges as a critical factor, with emotional and instrumental assistance from family members playing an essential role in balancing professional and domestic responsibilities. These findings highlight the interconnectedness of cultural, organizational, and familial factors in shaping the work-life balance of Muslim women in NTB's banking sector. This study offers recommendations for organizations and policymakers to foster environments that holistically support employee well-being.
