General Author Guidelines
Articles must be the result of research or scientific studies, interesting, and insightful.
The topic of the article must be up-to-date, related to Islamic economic law.
The article must contain title, author's name, affiliation, email, abstract, keywords, introduction, review of related literature, research methods, discussion, conclusion, and references.
Ensure that your paper is prepared using the Al-Amwal Template.
Ensure compliance with the journal's governance policy by attaching the AUTHOR STATEMENT and COPYRIGHT NOTICE forms.
Note:
1. The list of bibliographies must be sorted in alphabetical order at least 85% of the references used as sources come from published popular scientific journal articles. the total number of references is at least 30 references
2. It is highly recommended to use reference management software, such as MENDELEY. ZOTERO, etc.
3 Arabic words or writing must be typed using the Traditional Arabic font style;

Authors who wish to publish and disseminate their papers with the Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law , shall agree to the publishing rights set by Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law. Authors understand that they shall assign publication rights as part of the process upon acceptance for publication. The authors agreed that they would transfer certain copyrights to Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law. Consecutively, authors still retain some rights to use and share their own published articles without written permission from Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law.
Authors granted Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law the following rights; (1) the right to publish and provide the manuscripts in all forms and media for publication and dissemination, (2) the authority to enforce the rights in the manuscript, for example in the case of plagiarism or in copyright infringement.
Al-Amwal : Journal of Islamic Economic Law will follow COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors to protect the research results and take allegations of any infringements, plagiarisms, ethical issues, and frauds should those issues arise. The manuscript is attributed as the authors' work, and is properly identified.
