IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education - Information Update
Journal Background
IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education has been published since 2018 in both print and online formats. Initially, the journal followed a publication schedule of two issues per volume annually. Starting in 2025, the journal has expanded its publication frequency to three issues per volume to better serve the academic community.
System Migration and Updates
OJS Migration (June 2024)
- IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education successfully upgraded from Open Journal Systems (OJS) 2 to OJS 3 in June 2024
- The journal underwent a complete design transformation following the migration to OJS 3, providing a more modern and user-friendly interface
Editorial Management Improvements
IQRO Journal has implemented significant changes in its editorial structure, including:
- Editor renewals to bring fresh perspectives and expertise
- Reviewer panel updates to ensure rigorous peer-review standards
- These changes were strategically implemented to enhance both service quality and article standards
New Article Template (2025)
We are excited to announce that beginning with Volume 8, Issue 1, 2025, IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education will introduce a comprehensive new article template.
