About the Journal
IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education, p-ISSN: 2622-2671, e-ISSN: 2622-3201, is published three times a year. The journal accepts manuscripts in English, Indonesian, and Arabic and applies a peer-review process. IQRO focuses on research in Islamic education and Islamic studies and welcomes contributions from researchers and scholars in related disciplines. Authors are responsible for the content of their published articles.
The journal focuses on issues related to Islamic education in Indonesia, welcoming high-quality empirical and theoretical research from academics, scholars, researchers, and professionals. Its scope covers various aspects of Islamic education, including the deradicalization of Islamic education, the philosophy of Islamic education, Islamic education policy, gender and Islamic education, comparative Islamic education, Islamic education and science, Nusantara Islamic education, pesantren education, Islamic education and social transformation, leadership of Islamic education, figures in Islamic education, Islamic education management, Islamic education curriculum, educational innovations, madrasah education, learning media development, and educational technology in Islamic education.

Before Making a Submission
Manuscripts submitted to IQRO: Journal of Islamic Education must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official IQRO Template and follow the journal's author guidelines. All manuscripts must undergo a similarity check using an appropriate tool, such as Turnitin, before submission. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, RefWorks, or BibTeX to ensure accurate and consistent citations and references.
Manuscripts that fall outside the journal's focus and scope, do not follow the IQRO Template or author guidelines, or fail to meet the submission requirements may be rejected before entering the peer-review process. Only manuscripts that meet the journal's editorial and administrative requirements will proceed to further evaluation.
