ANALISIS METODE PEMBELAJARAN KITAB AMTSILATU JUMAL KARYA IMAM ZARKASYIH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MAHARAH KALAM

Maharah kalam merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa Arab yang paling penting namun seringkali menjadi tantangan terbesar bagi peserta didik. Kitab Amtsilatu Jumal karya Imam Zarkasyih, yang dikenal sebagai media pembelajaran nahwu berbasis contoh kalimat, memiliki potensi besar dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Arab secara sistematis dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran dalam kitab Amtsilatu Jumal dan relevansinya terhadap pengembangan maharah kalam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kepustakaan (library research). Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian isi kitab dan literatur pendukung tentang maharah kalam, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode induktif, latihan berulang, pendekatan bertahap, dan integrasi hafalan-analisis dalam kitab ini memiliki relevansi kuat dengan pengembangan maharah kalam. Latihan pola kalimat (drilling) yang diterapkan dalam kitab mendorong peserta didik untuk aktif melafalkan dan merangkai kalimat berbahasa Arab. Analisis i’rob dalam konteks kalimat nyata melatih kemampuan berbicara yang gramatikal dan komunikatif. Dengan demikian, kitab Amtsilatu Jumal berkontribusi signifikan sebagai fondasi linguistik dalam pengembangan maharah kalam peserta didik.
ABSTRACT
Maharah kalam (speaking skill) is one of the most important yet challenging Arabic language competencies for students. The Amtsilatu Jumal book by Imam Zarkasyih, known as a nahwu learning medium based on sentence examples, holds significant potential in developing Arabic speaking ability in a systematic and contextual manner. This study aims to analyze the learning methods in Amtsilatu Jumal and their relevance to the development of maharah kalam. A qualitative approach with library research design was employed, and data were analyzed descriptively-analytically. The findings indicate that the inductive method, repetitive practice, gradual approach, and the integration of memorization and analysis in this book have strong relevance to maharah kalam development. Sentence pattern drilling encourages students to actively pronounce and construct Arabic sentences. The analysis of i’rab within real sentence contexts trains grammatically accurate and communicative speech. Thus, Amtsilatu Jumal contributes significantly as a linguistic foundation in developing students’ maharah kalam.
