Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah: Implikasi bagi Praktik Pendidikan

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah bagian penting dari proses organisasi dan pencapaian sekolah karena kepala sekolah memiliki dampak besar pada kualitas praktik pengajaran dan pencapaian belajar siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SLR dengan mengidentifikasi jurnal sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model kepemimpinan transformasional dalam dunia pendidikan, menemukan komponen keberhasilan dan impilasi praktis untuk kepala sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah meningkatkan kinerja guru dan pencapaian akademik siswa. Terbukti juga bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru yang berdampak pada kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Kepemimpinan transformasional meningkatkan budaya kerja sama dan inovasi di sekolah, dan kepala sekolah mendorong guru untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perbaikan proses pendidikan. Guru yang bekerja di bawah kepemimpinan transformasional juga lebih terlibat dan termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah. Sehingga pentingnya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan, terutama untuk kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan ini juga dapat menginspirasi dan memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja akademik dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan inklusif. Beberapa hal yang mendukung keberhasilan kepemimpinan transformasional termasuk visi yang jelas, dukungan penuh untuk guru, stimulasi intelektual, dan pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan.
