MENUJU PEMBELAJARAN ADAPTIF DI PAUD: TANTANGAN PENERAPAN DEEP LEARNING DALAM KONTEKS INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tantangan penerapan teknologi Deep Learning dalam penyusunan rencana pembelajaran pada pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Deep Learning memiliki potensi menganalisis data perkembangan peserta didik dan menghasilkan rencana pembelajaran yang personal dan adaptif. Namun, implementasinya belum optimal karena dihadapkan pada kendala teknis, pedagogis, dan kebijakan. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 12 jurnal nasional terakreditasi (2019-2024) dengan analisis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan enam tantangan utama: rendahnya literasi digital pendidik PAUD, keterbatasan infrastruktur di lebih dari 60% lembaga PAUD, belum adanya sistem dokumentasi perkembangan anak yang terdigitalisasi (hanya <20% lembaga memiliki sistem digital terstruktur), ketidaksesuaian pendekatan teknologi dengan prinsip pembelajaran PAUD yang holistik dan berbasis bermain, minimnya regulasi pemerintah tentang implementasi AI dalam PAUD, serta kekosongan kebijakan perlindungan data anak. Penelitian merekomendasikan pelatihan guru berbasis kompetensi digital, penguatan infrastruktur, pengembangan sistem dokumentasi aman, dan penyusunan regulasi komprehensif. Diperlukan kolaborasi multipihak untuk membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang siap mengadopsi teknologi secara bijak dan sesuai karakteristik anak usia dini.
