Privacy Statement

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit and disseminate their work through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, both before and after publication in Al-Amwal: Journal of Islamic Economic Law.

Authors may share pre-publication versions of their manuscripts to facilitate scholarly exchange and the advancement of knowledge. Following publication, authors are also permitted to share the official published version of their articles, provided that the journal publication details are properly acknowledged, including the journal name, year of publication, volume, issue, page numbers where available, and DOI or article URL where available.

All sharing, redistribution, and reuse of published articles must comply with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) and the original publication in the journal. Any derivative works must be distributed under the same license, in accordance with the terms of CC BY-SA 4.0.
