Open Access Policy

Al-Amwal: Journal of Islamic Economic Law is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in this journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. This license allows others to share and adapt the work for any purpose, even commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the same license is applied to any derivative works.

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.
