Pengembangan Buku Interaktif Berbantuan Simulasi PhET-STEM Rangkaian Listrik: Peningkatan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Keterbatasan ketersediaan media pembelajaran interaktif yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) masih menjadi hambatan dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku interaktif berbasis STEM yang terintegrasi dengan simulasi PhET pada materi rangkaian listrik guna meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di SD Al Islam Pengkol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analysis (analisis), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), Implement (implementasi), dan Evaluate (evaluasi). Subjek penelitian meliputi siswa kelas V dan guru IPAS. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, angket respons siswa dan guru, serta tes keterampilan berpikir kritis, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa buku interaktif yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori sangat layak. Selain itu, hasil uji coba menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah menggunakan buku interaktif berbantuan simulasi PhET. Dengan demikian, buku interaktif berbasis STEM ini direkomendasikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan konsep sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika secara kontekstual di tingkat sekolah dasar.
