Strategi Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru dalam Menjawab Tuntutan Abad 21 di Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di SD Negeri 3 Karangcengis dalam menjawab tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Berbasis pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Data dihimpun melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif di kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan sekolah menerapkan tiga strategi yang saling melengkapi: (1) pelatihan In House Training berkelanjutan dengan siklus Assess Design Implement Measure Reflect and Change yang menekankan inkuiri kolaboratif dan penerapan langsung di kelas; (2) pembentukan komunitas belajar (Kombel) lintas fase untuk berbagi praktik, pemecahan masalah, dan refleksi rutin; serta (3) pendampingan (coaching) individual melalui observasi, refleksi, umpan balik terarah. Implementasi terpadu ini berdampak pada peningkatan penggunaan media interaktif, keragaman metode, dan penguatan fasilitasi pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa. Kendala utama yang teridentifikasi ialah keterbatasan waktu dan beban kerja guru, namun terkelola melalui penjadwalan kolaborasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa model terintegrasi pelatihan IHT, kombel, dan coaching efektif membekali guru dengan 4C, literasi digital, dan kecakapan pedagogis yang relevan. Temuan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi sekolah dengan sumber daya terbatas untuk merancang program pengembangan yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada dampak kelas.
