Implementasi Pendidikan Humanistik dalam Kurikulum Ren Wen: Praktik, Pemaknaan, dan Internalisasi Nilai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami implementasi pendidikan humanistik dalam Kurikulum Ren Wen di TK XYZ, khususnya dalam praktik pembelajaran dan proses internalisasi nilai pada anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru Ren Wen, dan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan humanistik telah diintegrasikan secara sistematis melalui kurikulum, budaya sekolah, pembiasaan, serta praktik pembelajaran sehari-hari. Namun, implementasinya masih lebih dominan pada pembentukan perilaku melalui pembiasaan dibandingkan pemaknaan nilai secara mendalam. Variasi pemahaman dan praktik guru, keterbatasan struktural, serta faktor lingkungan turut memengaruhi konsistensi implementasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan strategi reflektif dan pemaknaan yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak agar internalisasi nilai humanistik berlangsung lebih mendalam dan berkelanjutan.
