Implementasi Psikologi Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran: Studi Kualitatif pada Guru Salafiyah Ula Bin Baz Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi psikologi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Salafiyah Ula Bin Baz serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan 4 guru kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengimplementasikan psikologi pendidikan melalui penyesuaian metode pembelajaran berdasarkan karakteristik peserta didik, pemberian motivasi, penerapan penguatan (reinforcement), serta penyesuaian strategi dengan perkembangan kognitif dan gaya belajar peserta didik. Implementasi tersebut menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih kondusif, partisipatif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi meliputi perbedaan karakteristik dan motivasi peserta didik, keberagaman gaya belajar, pengelolaan kelas, serta keterlibatan orang tua yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kompetensi guru dalam psikologi pendidikan dan kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.
